Terms and conditions
For you to be a member you have to pay a joining fee of R100.00 and monthly premiums of R50.00 every month..It takes up to 24hrs for your account to be active and you will gate a
Temporal card that same time. You will wait for 30 days to get your original card .We offer you big discounts in all the trips, holidays, flights, hotels and restaurants
.we do all the bookings for you for whatever trips/journey you would like to take. You may use this card for any purpose (e.g you looking for a metered tax to take you
home ,we will call one for you to pick you from point to point you would like to travel ,your amount will be deducted from your points ONLY what you have to do is to contact us first and we will do the bookings for you
..You have to purchase points of your choice and those points may be used any time, whenever you want to travel.
.If you have a journey to take or you want to sleep to a hotel or any bookings, you just call us and we do all the bookings for you .if you don't pay for two months your account will be frozen,whenever you pay the premiums
it becomes active
.You buy points from us and our points cost R10.00 per Point make sure you got enough points in your accounts always ,check your point with our consultant before you plan your trip.

Q:can l use MY TRAVELLERS CLUB card in a restaurant?
: Yes ,all you need to do is to contact MY TRAVELLERS CLUB and tell them
where and when you woud like to dine as well as the ammount of money you would
like to spend.MY TRAVELERS CLUB will deduct the points from your membership card and
pay the restuarantdirectly.please note you may not exceed your points in the card
(always check your points)
Q: does MY TRAVELLERS CLUB cater for the groups or doe it cater for individuals?
A:we cater for both groups, an individual would be the member of the club and thus the
only person giving instructions for travel or restaurant arrangements. the group would resolve
all group issues and the representative would present the group’s decision to MY TRAVELLERS CLUB
Q: what do l need to do if l would like to resign from the club?
A:you need to write a shot letter addressed to MY TRAVELLERS CLUB,Direct
requesting your membership to be cancelled.You will receive confimation via fax,email
and an explanation of the process that would follow.
Q; do l loose the balance of MY TRAVELLERS CLUB points if l resign from the travel club?
A;No.your accumulated points are valid for one year after you resign from the club
You can use your membership card as long as you still have MY TRAVELLERS CLUB points.
Q; can l convert MY TRAVELLERS CLUB points into cash?
A; you CANNOT transfer your points into cash
Q; what do l do if l want to travel?
A; simple fax or email a booking form and call MY TRAVELLERS CLUB at least 14 days
ofdepature if you going international,3 days if you national and 2hrs if you need local urgent help
.a travel consultant will make all necessary arrangements fro you to travel your trips
MEMBERS do not need to phone hotel,bus,B’N’Bse.t.c MY TRAVELLERS CLUB

Q; how do l benefit when l introduce a member to join the CLUB?
A;you get R50.00 CASH or five points if you are a member of MY TRAVELLERS CLUB
Q; can l withdraw or borrow money from my membership card?
A;no.your monthly premium for MY TRAVELLERS CLUB is your provision for leisure and traveling
expenses (P.R.O)THIS MONE covers your cost to be a member of the club as we do all the arrangements
for you
Q; What happens if l don't have enough points?
A; all you need to do is purchase the points as each point is equivalent to R10.00

Q; Does my membership covers my family?
A;Yes you can book for anyone you wish .MY TRAVELLERS CLUB points
are yours to use at your discretion
Q; does MY TRAVELLERS CLUB only do bookings is SOUTH AFRICAN BORDERS?A;No.we can book any destination of your choice.However ,this dependent on how many points you have
accumulated in your membership card
Q; What happens if lam experiensing financial problems in my trip?
A;SIMPLY call MY TRAVELLERS CLUB DIRECT and speak to a consultant who will
advise you on what to do! When you don't have enough money to be in continuation
to be a member of the club.call us and we will stop debiting your account until such time
you are ready to resume the payments!
Q; Does MY TRAVELLERS CLUB own buses , hotels, flights,e.tc?
A; NO. We maintain associates relationship with suppliers and negotiate better
rates with them for the members of MY TRAVELLERS CLUB .You may also use your points
local to book meter taxes and BOOK B’N’Bs or go for FUNCTIONS (BOOK TICKETS)
